All prices are in GBP. The package limits above define the standard scope. If a project exceeds the stated footage or finished-video duration, needs substantial restoration, or requires work outside the listed services, we will explain the options and provide a revised written quote before any additional work begins. Any applicable taxes will be identified in the quote.
What Each Service Includes
Defined work, from first cut to final file.
Each project is based on existing footage supplied by the client. The exact work included is confirmed in the written project brief before editing begins.
Clip editing & sequencing
We assemble the supplied footage into an agreed sequence, remove unwanted sections and refine the timing so the video follows a clearer progression.
- Review and selection of usable clips within the package limits
- Trimming the beginning, ending or unwanted sections of clips
- Arranging clips according to the agreed brief
- Straight cuts and straightforward transitions where appropriate
- Adjusting pacing and continuity within the supplied material
Audio level adjustment
We make basic adjustments to the existing audio so that levels are more consistent across the edited sequence.
- Adjusting relative volume between supplied clips
- Reducing obvious level differences where practical
- Basic balancing of existing dialogue and background audio
- Checking audio levels in the exported video
Not included: specialist noise removal, advanced dialogue restoration, voice-over recording, sound design or sourcing/licensing music.
Basic colour correction
We apply straightforward visual adjustments to help the edited footage look more consistent, within the limits of the original recordings.
- Basic brightness and exposure adjustments
- Contrast and colour balance adjustments
- Simple correction of noticeable differences between clips
- Basic consistency checks across the final sequence
Not included: cinematic colour grading, complex shot matching, extensive restoration or correction of severely underexposed or damaged footage.
Amendments & final export
Every package includes one consolidated round of amendments to bring the edit into line with the original agreed brief.

- Reasonable in-scope timing, trimming, sequencing or basic adjustment changes
- One final MP4 export in the agreed aspect ratio
- Digital delivery using an agreed file-sharing or download method
New creative directions, replacement footage, extra versions or changes beyond the agreed brief may require a separate quote.
Before We Begin
A straightforward project process.
We agree the deliverables and working arrangements in writing before editing starts, so you know what is included, how long it is expected to take and how the final video will be supplied.
Tell us about your footage
Send an enquiry describing the purpose of the video, approximate final length, available footage, preferred style and any specific editing requirements. You can also indicate your preferred package.
Confirm scope and quote
We confirm package suitability, deliverables, fixed fee, expected turnaround, included amendment round, output format and file delivery method in writing. Editing begins only after the scope is accepted and the required footage and instructions have been received.
Editing and feedback
We complete the edit within the agreed scope and provide the review version using the agreed digital method. You submit one consolidated list of in-scope amendments within 5 working days of receiving the review version.
Final digital delivery
After the included amendments are completed, we export and deliver one final MP4 file in the agreed aspect ratio. The normal delivery method is a download link or another agreed digital file-transfer method.
Client-supplied materials & usage rights
You must own or have obtained the permissions and licences needed to supply and use all video footage, photographs, music, audio recordings, logos and other materials provided for the project. This includes permission for any identifiable people where required and any third-party content included in the footage.
Please do not send materials you are not authorised to use. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions relating to materials you supply. We may ask you to clarify usage rights before proceeding if a concern arises.
